As one of the largest producers of fresh cut tulips in the United States, bloomia has built success on fostering mutually beneficial relationships with buyers. We have built productive relationships with 14 different retailers, including Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joe's and Kroger.
With three strategically positioned locations in the United States, Netherlands, and South Africa and a strategic partnership in Chile, bloomia continues to grow more than 75 million stems each year.
Bigger Bulb, Better Tulip
Bulbs provide flowers with the raw energy and nutrition needed to grow. bloomia uses a larger bulb than the conventional size, providing a better, more vibrant flower. They are grown hydroponically, a process without soil that produces incredible, gorgeous flower offerings every season of the year.

Like our flowers, bloomia's success didn't happen overnight. Our progress is the result of more than 80 years of innovation, commitment and persistence.

A Rich History from the Netherlands
The Netherlands are world renowned for windmills, cheese markets, the canals of Amsterdam and our fields full of flower bulbs. bloomia is proud to not only be a small part of that proud history, but also in helping share the beauty of Dutch culture to the rest of the world.
Our global expansion in 2004 established bloomia as an international brand with greenhouses in the United States, Chile and South Africa. Our greenhouse operates year-round, where it hydroponically grows more than 75 million stems.
Most recently, on February 26, 2024, bloomia announced being strategically acquired by U.S.-based Bloomia Holdings (Nasdaq: TULP), a dynamic specialty ag company.
